About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person role where SLPs will provide speech and language evaluations and therapy, develop and implement IEPs, and complete documentation. The company is a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run organization that aims to support therapists with mentorship, collaboration, and flexibility. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
