About The Position

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team in a clinic-based environment. The SLP will provide exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients. This is a Full-Time, on-site position at their Fort Worth clinic. The role involves competitive annual salary with uncapped biweekly bonus potential. Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D. They utilize a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, partnering with experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board

Nice To Haves

• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress
