About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA! This role involves providing in-home services for children aged 0-3 in Lancaster, PA, and surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with competitive hourly compensation up to $75/hour. The position is a W2 role with benefits, and we prioritize keeping visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home. Requirements

Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
