This position serves as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD). The primary purpose is to evaluate, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with communication disorders in language, articulation, fluency, and voice that impact educational success. The role involves collaboration with educators, parents, and specialized teams to develop and implement individualized plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, providing training and consultation, and contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to support student learning and development. This is a grant-funded position split between three campuses: Denton High School, Calhoun Middle School, and Newton Rayzor Elementary School.
