Requirements

• Active Minnesota SLP license.
• Strong self-management and accountability in a field-based role.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Focus on outcomes, consistency, and patient impact.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.

• In-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy across your territory.
• Evaluations and treatment plans that drive measurable outcomes.

• Patient and family education to support long-term success.
• Accurate, timely EMR documentation.
