About the position
The FLOAT Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position involves providing comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in sub-acute and skilled nursing rehab departments, primarily floating between Mashpee and Falmouth. The role emphasizes collaboration with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and successful outcomes for residents. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
Requirements
- Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
- Must have CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.

- Experience in a sub-acute or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Interest in mentorship programs for skill or management growth.
