As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for charter school students. This role is designed to accommodate both in-person and virtual service delivery, allowing the provider to select their preferred working days from Monday through Thursday. The position requires the SLP to work approximately 16 hours over 2 days each week, with one day dedicated to in-person services and another day for virtual services. This flexibility is ideal for professionals looking to balance their work commitments with personal responsibilities. The SLP will be responsible for addressing a variety of needs that impact educational goals, including personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational aspects. The role involves assisting in evaluations and developing appropriate goals for students requiring speech and language therapy. Additionally, the SLP will provide ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and consult with teachers and other classroom staff as necessary. Maintaining accurate records and documentation is also a critical part of the job, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. This position is for the current school year, and the selected candidate will enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and exceptional support from our dedicated account team. Candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes along with their preferred contact times and phone numbers for further discussion about their qualifications and any questions they may have about the position.
