About the position

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for charter school students. This role is designed to accommodate both in-person and virtual service delivery, allowing the provider to select their preferred working days from Monday through Thursday. The position requires the SLP to work approximately 16 hours over 2 days each week, with one day dedicated to in-person services and another day for virtual services. This flexibility is ideal for professionals looking to balance their work commitments with personal responsibilities. The SLP will be responsible for addressing a variety of needs that impact educational goals, including personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational aspects. The role involves assisting in evaluations and developing appropriate goals for students requiring speech and language therapy. Additionally, the SLP will provide ongoing support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and consult with teachers and other classroom staff as necessary. Maintaining accurate records and documentation is also a critical part of the job, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.
  • Must have School Certification in the state of Indiana.
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances.
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
