About the position
Every Special Child is seeking dedicated and passionate Certified Clinical Competence Speech Language Pathologists (CCC SLPs) to work in a school setting. The role involves providing speech and language therapy to students across various age groups, from Pre-K to 12th grade, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school setting.
- Assess students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on speech and language development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC).
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves

- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
