The Speech-Language Pathologist (K-8) will support the communication development and academic success of students by providing high-quality speech and language services across the school community. This full-time position involves delivering and coordinating speech and language services, conducting evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, and monitoring student progress. The role also includes collaborating with teachers, providing consultative support to staff, maintaining communication with families, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the position involves providing district and building level support, training staff, and serving as a resource for communication development. The Speech-Language Pathologist is expected to create an environment of respect and rapport, encourage positive communication, and display professionalism and commitment to the Audubon Community.
