Alphanumeric is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy in Lumberton, NC. The position offers one of the most flexible therapy schedules available, with full-time and part-time opportunities. The work involves 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings, and 1-2 days per week dedicated to virtual supervision, telehealth, documentation, and administrative responsibilities. Options for both in-person and hybrid work arrangements are available.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
- Maintain timely documentation and treatment records
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists
- Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives
