About the position

The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting Indivior's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinics, within a designated territory. This role focuses on providing accurate product information, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve established sales goals and market share in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, maintaining an up-to-date business plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Demonstrate a strong clinical understanding of Indivior products and related disease states.
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities to maximize sales objectives.
  • Maintain a professional business image and positive customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with the Area Sales Manager and sales leadership team.
  • Participate in fieldwork with the Area Sales Manager and other personnel.
  • Attend sales training meetings and represent Indivior at conferences as needed.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Preferred experience with injectables and specialty pharmacy.
  • Experience selling complex specialty products and technologies that require changes in physician protocols is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience with specialty distributors.
  • Experience in selling drug devices or technologies.
