About the position
The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting Indivior's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinics, within a designated territory. This role focuses on providing accurate product information, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales goals and market share in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, maintaining an up-to-date business plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong clinical understanding of Indivior products and related disease states.
- Plan and organize daily sales activities to maximize sales objectives.
- Maintain a professional business image and positive customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively with the Area Sales Manager and sales leadership team.
- Participate in fieldwork with the Area Sales Manager and other personnel.
- Attend sales training meetings and represent Indivior at conferences as needed.
- Complete special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or related fields.
- Preferred experience with injectables and specialty pharmacy.
- Experience selling complex specialty products and technologies that require changes in physician protocols is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
