You will play a vital role in sourcing and coordinating specialty gas orders, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Google Office applications
Previous experience in order management

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree a plus
Experience in the gas/specialty gas industry preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, enter, and track all Specialty Gas orders using our operating system (currently SAP).
Maintain Specialty Gas parameters in SAP, including monitoring inventory reports and non-source files.
Monitor orders from receipt to branch delivery and assist branches with specialty gas orders, including quotes and pricing.
Coordinate sourcing, delivery, and shipment, deciding whether to fill orders internally or externally.
Act as a liaison between gas production and delivery branches, providing technical support to complete orders.
Research and resolve vendor billing discrepancies.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including training and recordkeeping.
Provide backup coverage and assist with other duties and projects as needed.
