About The Position

The Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford & Lincoln’s future. As a Lincoln Sales Specialist, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with retailers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford & Lincoln in the field, connecting directly with retailers. The Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing Tier 2 and Tier 3 digital initiatives across Commercial, Owner, and Retail channels. This role works with delivery of digital communications, content production, asset optimization, performance dashboards, and system integrations across key platforms. Partnering closely with the Tier 2 & 3 Digital Engagement Manager, the Specialist translates strategic direction into scalable, measurable digital solutions—supporting platform execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous optimization of digital experiences.
