This role supports daily office operations with a focus on scheduling, patient flow, and front-end workflows. The team environment is highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. The onboarding process includes a structured, formal onboarding for the first 6 weeks, followed by continued development with an assigned mentor. This includes shadowing and side-by-side training with an experienced team member or manager. Performance benchmarks are set for 3 months (continuing partnership with mentor, building confidence), 6 months (increasing independence while still seeking guidance as needed), and 12 months (fully independent and effectively managing workflow).
