About The Position

Assist and support the assigned area with coordinating and capturing video and photo content, and producing a variety of digital media including videos, reels, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, web pages, and other multimedia materials.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • 2 years’ experience in video production and other digital content creation required.
  • Experience with MS Office Programs and Adobe Suite.
  • Proficiency with PC and Mac devices
  • Proficiency with graphic design and social media platforms.
  • Experience with digital content and animation.
  • Project Management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability and functionality of audiovisual and media equipment by maintaining inventory and obtaining quotes for new or replacement items as needed.
  • Organize and streamline video production efforts by creating and managing a calendar for video shoots, reels, recordings, and interviews.
  • Support effective storytelling and communication by drafting scripts for videos and reels and preparing questions for interviews.
  • Record events and key individuals by capturing video and uploading clips to the designated archive.
  • Enhance engagement through post-production of video content and ensure timely delivery by uploading final reels/videos to appropriate platforms.
  • Promote events, initiatives, and stories by creating and sharing digital content across HCC social media platforms.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and workflow efficiency by coordinating with identified team members.
