About The Position

The Inclusion, Diversity & Equity team lead our ID&E, Truth & Reconciliation and Mental Health strategy at KPMG Canada. We drive and facilitate organizational change in fostering an inclusive, diverse, equitable and mentally healthy workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Knowledge of the diverse realities and lived experiences of equity groups in Canada
  • Experience developing and facilitating initiatives/programs informed by equity-deserving experiences
  • Understanding of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and the role of businesses
  • Experience working with Inclusive and Diverse organizations
  • Experience working in Human Resources
  • University/ College- 3 years
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Excel, Project Management, and/or data analytics
  • Fluent written and verbal English

Responsibilities

  • Supporting key stakeholders: including the National ID&E Council, Chief Mental Health Officer, People Networks, Human Resources Centres of Excellence, Human Resources Business Partners & Consultants, Talent Attraction, National Marketing & Communications etc. develop and execute on strategy, goals, and initiatives.
  • Engagement & Communications: advance trust and growth in the People Networks and regional communities in communications, reporting, and social media campaigns.
  • Tracking & Measurement: track and measure progress contributing to a data-informed approach to ID&E.
  • Sponsorships & External Relationships: advance our firm’s ongoing external commitments of external relationship, partnerships and programs.
