Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience
Self-starter, capable of independent work
Proficient with ERP and pricing systems like PriceFx, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Able to grasp light reporting tools like Tableau
Quick learner, adept at adapting to changing demands
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
Occasional travel flexibility

Responsibilities

Provide frontline support for pricing inquiries from divisional business partners and branch operations
Set up pricing for branches based on bids and internal customer requests
Create and maintain contract profiles and implement customer pricing for branches
Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to assist District and Branch managers, Sales Directors, and Outside Sales Representatives
Process additional pricing requests, including item modifications on existing contract
Research pricing inquiries from Branch Managers, Sales Directors, and Sales Representatives
Manage data load files for price increases as directed by Sales Directors/Branch Managers
Generate reports for District/Branch Managers on expiring contracts, customers without discount profiles, and customer classification
