About The Position
The Special Services Summer Groundskeeper supports the mission of Concordia Theological Seminary by improving and maintaining certain aspects of the Seminary grounds during the summer season only. This position requires that the employee work for no more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 6 days per week. Working Hours for this role will occur only between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. In the event that the employee must work for 6 or more consecutive hours in one day, a break totaling at least 30 minutes will be provided.

- Ability to sit, stand, carry, lift, walk and climb stairs for up to 8 hours a day in total
- Ability to withstand extreme temperatures on a daily basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Hand removal and stacking of pavers
- Light sanding and leveling with hand tools
