Responsibilities
- Supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care within the scope of practice.
- Coordinating care of the patient to meet patient needs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Directing, initiating, and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
- Performing resident/patient assessments, taking vitals, and maintaining records.
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures when necessary, including applying/changing dressings.
- Administering prescribed medication and injections.
- Acting as a leader and providing guidance to other nursing and CNA staff.
Requirements
- Valid RN License in New Jersey.
- Experience in taking vital signs.
Nice-to-haves
