Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities and duties of spa employees.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Create and manage staff schedules based on business volumes.
  • Monitor and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct employee appraisals and evaluations.
  • Facilitate training modules for spa services and programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and spa director to resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain knowledge of treatments and guest satisfaction issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
  • Administer computer operations and maintain confidentiality of guest and employee information.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Two years of full-service spa supervisory experience or one year as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality Department required.
  • Three years of experience in a full-service spa/salon required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; typing speed of 25 words per minute required.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and statistical inference.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with progressive supervisory experience.
  • License or training in a professional capacity such as massage therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology required.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry items weighing over 75 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with spa software and Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising in a spa environment.
