Responsibilities

• Submit to a criminal background check.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to use email systems and manage electronic calendars.
• Experience with Skyward software and Eduphoria/School Wires.
• Knowledge of student PEIMS coding.
• Ability to use document scanners, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Experience with Cisco Systems phones and voicemail.
• Ability to manage, forward, and answer phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Experience with instructional technology.
