The Sous Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests and employees. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. The Sous Chef partners with the Executive Chef in creating an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. The ideal candidate will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems, and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
