Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality meals that adhere to established standards and fine dining principles
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient, safe, and sanitary food preparation and service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste
  • Support menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance resident dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
