Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
  • Engage with the talent market and external partnerships to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Support the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned business verticals.
  • Identify and implement key strategies and partnerships for recruitment.
  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for qualifications and interest.
  • Perform primary research and talent market analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage technology resources for talent relationship management activities.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and Boolean search.
  • Assess and track metrics tied to recruiting efforts and evaluate sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in a recruiting or sourcing function.
  • Ability to build successful Boolean search strings to filter for qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship management skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience in building and driving sourcing strategies including partnerships and events.
  • Ability to build robust pipelines of talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Ability to use talent intelligence tools to create informed recruiting strategies.
  • Reporting and analytical skills.
