We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers. This role involves scoping and designing the best solutions for clients based on our unique ARIC platform, acting as a lead between technical and commercial teams and the customer. The Solutions Consultant will provide quality input to POCs, opportunities, and RFXs, including writing proposals, delivering presentations, customized demos, workshops, and scoping sessions. Additionally, the consultant will drive opportunities through the sales stages until internal handover to delivery, managing expectations and timescales using negotiation skills and stakeholder management to overcome challenges. The role also includes creating a compelling vision during pitches to senior managers and stakeholders, adapting material and demonstrations to suit the audience, and supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams by acting as the internal champion for the customer. The consultant will attend conferences, represent the company, and build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on fraud and risk solutions.
