Responsibilities

  • Define and build out complex solutions as part of the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Box technical and platform solutions.
  • Build and sustain customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform.
  • Work closely with sales and field teams to maximize opportunities by understanding customer needs and envisioning a future state.
  • Advise enterprises on designing applications for custom document vaults and migrating millions of files into Box.
  • Advise on integrating Box into custom CRMs.
  • Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements related to customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
  • Expertise in architecture/system design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, Infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, rate limits, etc.).
  • Experience working with one or more of the following: Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET, Visualforce.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Experience in establishing technical delivery expertise based on market trends, research, and customer requirements.

  • Expertise in Enterprise Content Management systems and cloud migrations.
