About the position

The Solution Lead position is a full-time role focused on engaging with customers to understand their needs and leading a team in designing mobile robot solutions for logistics and automation projects. This role involves significant pre-sales activities, including demand research, data analysis, and proposal development, requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly to identify deep demand.
• Lead the SE team in mobile robot solution design and proposal for logistics and automation projects.
• Conduct pre-sales work including demand research, on-site exploration, data analysis, and business scenario analysis.
• Create layout designs for proposed solutions.
• Develop innovative solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical proposal documentation.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering, automation, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience as an SE team leader in the logistics and warehousing industry or AGV-related industry.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose corresponding solutions.
• Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Strong self-learning motivation and sense of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Experience working within a consultative sales process, especially with solution offers.
