As a Junior Software Developer, you will play a foundational role in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance federal digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test backend software solutions using widely used programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, and .NET.
- Deploy and optimize applications, ensuring functionality and security compliance.
- Collaborate across teams, supporting software lifecycle management in Agile environments.
- Implement backend frameworks, ensuring efficient and scalable software operations.
- Troubleshoot and enhance application performance, contributing to technical optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 3 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java, J2EE.
- Experience with software lifecycle processes.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong familiarity with backend frameworks, code design patterns, and industry best practices.
