As a Junior Software Developer, you will play a foundational role in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance federal digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test backend software solutions using widely used programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Deploy and optimize applications, ensuring functionality and security compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams, supporting software lifecycle management in Agile environments.
  • Implement backend frameworks, ensuring efficient and scalable software operations.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance application performance, contributing to technical optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3 years of software development experience.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE.
  • Experience with software lifecycle processes.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Strong familiarity with backend frameworks, code design patterns, and industry best practices.
