About The Position
Ford Customer Service Division, within Ford, is committed to a world-class user and dealer experience. The Extended Service Business department applications: • Allow dealers to sell extended warranties for Ford vehicles globally • Provide an avenue for dealers to communicate with Ford regarding potential approval coverage • Create new and exciting products to respond to market demand The role is a software engineer on a large global team (10+ software engineers). We leverage Google Cloud Platform, modern IDEs, a current tech stack and some that's in process of modernizing, GenAI tools to create code, advanced QoS metrics and DevSecOps practices, and lots of opportunity for growth and self-improvement learning from other senior engineers on the team.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with modern IDEs
- Experience with current tech stacks
- Experience with GenAI tools for code creation
- Understanding of advanced QoS metrics
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
