About the position

The position is for a graduate role within TikTok's experimentation and evaluation team, focusing on building a next-generation A/B testing platform. Responsibilities

• Build new features that touch hundreds of millions of people around the world.
• Solve unique, large-scale, highly complex technical problems.
• Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers from different teams on building backend support for mobile applications.
• Participate in technical discussions related to the team's product and engineering work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
• Current or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with coding in Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
