About the position

Virtual Consult MD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or other mid-level provider (LSW, MSW, LMHC) to provide therapy services in our Fishers, Indiana office. This role involves delivering outpatient Psychiatry medical management and Psychotherapy services to individuals and families throughout Indiana, collaborating with a multidisciplinary mental health team to ensure the best care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Engage with families to provide support and education regarding treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or other mid-level provider (LSW, MSW, LMHC) with unrestricted license in the state of Indiana.
• EMDR certified provider.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience with children.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and clinical counseling.
