Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging video content, from conceptualization to filming and editing, showcasing our HVAC services and customer success stories.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule regular posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to build a positive online community.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company campaigns and goals.
- Stay updated on trends in social media, video production, and the HVAC industry to keep content fresh and engaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong skills in video production and editing (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics).
Nice-to-haves
- Background in the HVAC industry or similar technical services.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
