Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging video content, from conceptualization to filming and editing, showcasing our HVAC services and customer success stories.
  • Manage the content calendar and schedule regular posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to build a positive online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company campaigns and goals.
  • Stay updated on trends in social media, video production, and the HVAC industry to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong skills in video production and editing (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics).

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in the HVAC industry or similar technical services.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
