The Social Media & Content Manager is the strategic lead for social media management and content creation for enterprise corporate brands, the professional brands of its leaders, and affiliated brands. This role requires a true storyteller who can engage audiences by weaving and calendaring stories across multiple platforms. The manager will also be responsible for developing, sourcing, and leveraging different types and forms of content across multiple media for use in paid and organic social channels. This position tracks and optimizes the performance of social media presence based on analytics and performance against KPIs, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve of the latest social media trends to improve the customer experience and leverage ongoing consumer involvement.
