About the position

The Social Engagement Coordinator is responsible for expanding the user network and enhancing user engagement through effective communication and relationship management. This role focuses on utilizing social media platforms to connect with users, guiding them through product experiences, and managing user feedback and incentives to ensure a positive interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Expand User Network by using social media platforms to find users interested in products and willing to provide feedback.
  • Maintain proactive communication with users and guide them through the product experience process.
  • Build and nurture user relationships to ensure a smooth overall experience.
  • Manage user incentives after feedback is completed to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills to engage effectively with users and ensure a positive feedback experience.
  • Experience in Social Media Outreach, particularly with platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • User Relationship Management skills to develop and maintain long-term relationships with users.
  • Attention to Detail and Execution to manage user experience and incentive processes accurately.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in user experience management, product review processes, or social media outreach.
