At Towne Properties, we build communities and careers! As a leader in property management, we're looking for a passionate Social Director to join our team and create memorable experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate exciting social events for residents
• Negotiate with vendors for event services
• Manage the community newsletter & website
• Give property tours and assist with leasing
• Handle leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Nice-to-haves

• Event planning experience is a plus
