About the position
The Snow Tech position at BrightView involves performing all tasks related to snow removal during the winter season. This role requires on-call shifts that can range from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight, depending on storm events. The position is essential for maintaining safety and accessibility during snowy conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels, and e-pokes (salt spreaders).
- Work collaboratively with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
- Dependable transportation is required.
- Must have a smartphone to download and use the attendance tracker app.
- Must attend and pass training and a background check.
- Must be able to lawfully work in the USA.
