About the position

This position is for a 10-week Summer Internship in Small Business Banking at Santander, located in Boston, MA. The internship is designed for undergraduate students who are expected to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026. The intern will support the Small Business Banking Business Control Office Team, engaging in various essential functions such as reviewing banking procedures, assisting with RCSA refresh, and monitoring open issues across different business areas. Responsibilities

• Support Small Business Banking Procedure review (updates/annual review)
• Assist with RCSA refresh
• Identify items from Quality Control /Quality Assurance review that require remediation and ensure they are completed
• Review prior Quality Control /Quality Assurance findings and identify common themes
• Monitor open issues and provide updates to the different business areas on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025- Spring 2026
• Major in business or related field
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
• Solid professional and personal work ethic
• Ability to work independently on special projects
