About the position
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our travel team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting located in Monahans, TX. This is a travel contract position that offers a competitive weekly pay and various benefits. The role requires an active Texas SNF license and a minimum of two years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Active Texas SNF license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
