About The Position

Our client is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Skilled Trades Recruiter to join their growing team. In this position, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client partnerships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing skilled trades professionals. You’ll work with leading manufacturing and industrial companies to fill high-demand roles including: Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, CNC Machinists, Skilled Technicians and more. Requirements

  • 2+ years of full desk recruiting experience
  • Proven business development and client relationship success
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and job orders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build Client Partnerships
  • Develop new business relationships with manufacturing, industrial, and skilled trades companies
  • Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
  • Become a trusted hiring partner by building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify hiring trends and provide market insights to clients
  • Recruit Top Skilled Trades Talent
  • Source, screen, interview, and place skilled trades professionals
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  • Attend trade school events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates
  • Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
  • Own the Recruitment Process
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement
  • Write compelling job ads and job descriptions
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates
  • Support employee relations and ensure a positive hiring experience
