We are seeking an enthusiastic Ski & Snowboard Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for winter sports, along with experience in selling clothing and gear. This role is perfect for someone knowledgeable about ski and snowboard products, with a desire to share that expertise to help customers find the right equipment and apparel for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering expertise on ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various winter sports products.
• Help customers with sizing, fitting, and selecting appropriate gear based on skill level and personal preferences.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in ski and snowboard equipment and apparel.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising displays.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in sports, outdoor, or specialty gear sales.
• Knowledgeable about skiing and snowboarding, with a good understanding of equipment and apparel.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak winter season.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience specifically in ski and snowboard sales.
• Familiarity with fitting techniques for ski and snowboard boots, helmets, and apparel.
