About The Position

They are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join their construction team to assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with their people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values: One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.

Requirements

High school diploma required
4+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
English required

Nice To Haves

diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
French an asset

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks
Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
