About The Position

Advantic Building Group is a design-build structural solutions company focused on building smarter, lighter, and more efficient infrastructure. We design, fabricate, and install systems using Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) — a high-performance material that helps our partners move faster, build safer, and reduce long-term impact across mission-critical and industrial environments. We value individuals who are curious, accountable, and willing to lean in when things get challenging. At Advantic, culture isn’t a poster on the wall — it’s lived out every day in how we collaborate, problem-solve, and support one another. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters, your work has impact, and your growth is encouraged, you’ll feel at home here. The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with contract requirements and quality standards. This role provides direct oversight of field personnel, subcontractors, and daily construction activities while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. The Superintendent partners closely with Project Management to execute construction schedules, coordinate manpower and site logistics, resolve field issues, and maintain consistent communication across all stakeholders. Additionally, this role oversees field quality control, enforces OSHA and company safety standards, maintains accurate project documentation and reporting, and drives projects through successful completion and client acceptance. This role is designated as on-site and requires full-time presence at the assigned active project location. The Site Superintendent is the primary field leader on-site, responsible for the day-to-day execution of construction activities, crew coordination, and maintaining Advantic Building Group’s standards for safety, quality, and schedule. Travel may be required based on project location. We are committed to supporting our field leaders with the resources, tools, and planning they need to execute safely, on schedule, and to the high standards Advantic Building Group’s clients expect.
