This role is responsible for overseeing the management of assigned sites within the account-owned and/or occupied portfolio. The position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while managing relationships with line of business and third-party stakeholders. The role also involves leading a team of Facility Management professionals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in managing facilities services
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
  • Real estate license

Responsibilities

  • Managing the performance and outcomes of assigned staff
  • Interfacing with third-party owners (Landlords) to ensure contract compliance and resolve tenant relations issues
  • Providing facility services in accordance with account standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinating and managing Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography
  • Preparing, submitting, and managing facility budgets, tracking variances, and overseeing recovery processes
  • Supporting the collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants
  • Executing staff development plans and participating in compensation planning processes
