JOB SUMMARY
At HTI, the Site Leader plays a key role in managing site operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving process improvements at client locations. This position is responsible for overseeing workforce operations, fostering client relationships, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with both client leadership and internal HTI teams.

As a Site Leader, you will serve as a primary point of contact for HTI clients while ensuring seamless workforce management. You will monitor site operations, track performance metrics, and support employee engagement initiatives. Your ability to maintain accurate workforce data, coordinate staffing needs, and drive operational improvements will directly impact HTI's success and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Oversight & Process Management
Maintain an active onsite presence to oversee all contractual responsibilities effectively.
Maintain, update, implement, and refine workforce processes to align with client and HTI standards. Communicate any changes to branch.
Monitor operations through regular floor walks, proactively addressing issues.
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports and key metrics to internal and client leadership.
Maintain accurate employee records in Bullhorn, including attendance, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
Employee Relations and Recruitment
Handle all employee relations, including onboarding, discipline, terminations, and quality reviews.
Handle emergency issues outside of scheduled work hours (reasonable suspicions, accidents, drug screens, etc.)
Conduct new hire orientations and administer selection tools as required.
Assist with recruiting and screening candidates as needed.
Conduct HR activities, such as onboarding for new hires, completion of new hire paperwork, attendance tracking, discipline, terminations, quality reviews, etc.
Conduct regular floor walks to engage with associates, identify concerns, and address potential issues proactively.
Manage employee files, attendance records, counseling documentation in Bullhorn.
Oversee onboarding, disciplinary processes, and terminations as needed.
Coordinate and implement employee recognition programs, activities, and incentives; as well as execute roundtable meetings and employee relations plan for the site.
Client & Team Collaboration
Establish and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and HTI teams.
Work closely with the Activity Manager to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
Partner with internal teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate roundtable discussions and drive follow-up actions to support site operations.
Administrative & Financial Management
Oversee payroll and timekeeping accuracy in collaboration with Accounting.
Review, approve, and reconcile invoicing weekly.
Support contract renewals in partnership with Sales.
Represent HTI and the client at job fairs and hiring events as needed.
Safety & Compliance
Oversee site safety initiative, including accident investigations and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety certifications and training programs.
Work with internal safety department to regularly review and update processes to maintain adherence and company standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet-based tools.
Education and Experience
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Customer service/people facing experience
3+ years of professional work experience
1 year of HR, recruiting, or manufacturing experience
Advanced experience with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
Preferred:
BS/BA degree in a related field.
Experience in site management or leadership.
Experience in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms.
Experience working in manufacturing
Work Environment:
The role is primarily onsite at a client's manufacturing facility, requiring regular interaction with employees and client staff in both office and plant floor settings.
Travel:
Travel within the assigned region is required to support branch operations and client relationships.
