About the position

The Site Engagement Partner at SCA Health is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle activities within a designated group, ensuring performance metrics are met, and providing training and support to Business Office Managers. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and accountability in revenue processes while fostering communication between various stakeholders in the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive all revenue cycle activity within assigned group, including metric performance and BOM training.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Business Office Managers to ensure outstanding performance.
• Work with integration teams to facilitate center integrations within the assigned group.
• Conduct training needs assessments for Business Office Managers, both new and current.
• Maintain open communication with center teammates and Regional and Group Leaders.
• Review productivity and accuracy metrics, develop improvement plans, and seek leadership support as needed.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of Business Office metrics with the team.
• Counsel staff and provide training as necessary based on performance metrics.
• Communicate findings and issues to the Director and plan for solutions accordingly.
• Co-lead metric calls with Regional Leads/Senior DFO and drive follow-up activities related to metrics.
• Lead quarterly BOM calls with regions and conduct diligence visits for integrations if necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Office experience in an ASC setting is required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and possess supervisory skills.
• Knowledgeable with CMS and JCAHO regulations.
• Experience in training others is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using organizational technology platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Planner, and Teams.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time as project needs arise.
