About The Position
RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in the Washington, DC and the DC metropolitan area. In this leadership role, you’ll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in DC, MD, and/or VA (or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development
- Strong leadership and client engagement skills
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hydraflow, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and industry networking
Responsibilities
- Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion
- Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision
- Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants
- Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
- Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings
- Oversee construction administration and project approvals
