• Cleaning and maintenance of the shop and cleaning glassware
• Thinking on your feet to solve any issues or questions a customer may have
• Thinking creatively to help us improve our workflows and customer experience
• Opening the shop and closing up at the end of each workday
• Working well alongside other co-workers
