About the position

The position involves performing various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory efficiently and professionally. The role is essential for ensuring that all financial transactions related to shop materials, equipment, and vehicles are handled accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Maintain shop inventory.
  • Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
  • Handle all expense records for installations, containers, and rolling stock.
  • Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.
  • Organization and data entry skills.
  • Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.
