About the position
The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate position involves handling material in a large company located in East El Paso. The role focuses on the disassembly and assembly of electrical-mechanical assemblies, ensuring quality control, and preparing products for shipping. This is a full-time, temporary position requiring moderate computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform disassembly and assembly of electrical-mechanical assemblies.
- Verify and implement required changes and upgrades to the product.
- Unpack incoming products and inspect using established quality criteria.
- Enter repair results in data reporting tools.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow oral and written guidelines or drawings.
- Moderate computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice-to-haves
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous experience in repair/logistics is a plus.
