Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members to take great care of donors and customers.
- Process operations and maintain standards in the store.
- Resolve organizational issues by investigating and involving specialists from HR, AP, and Operations.
- Read and understand dashboards and various reports to deliver measurable results in processing, customer service, and sales growth.
- Recruit talent and achieve the right hires for the team.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
